Als Controller maak je deel uit van het Group Finance Team van Royal Reesink. Samen met dit team, bestaande uit circa 15 finance professionals, ondersteun je ongeveer 40 groepsentiteiten met financiële rapportages, analyses en aanbevelingen. Deze maak je voor de belangrijkste stakeholders, zoals het management, de Board en Supervisory Board. Als belangrijk onderdeel van het Group Finance Team draag je bij aan de groei van de business, verdere professionalisering van Royal Reesink en bouw je aan een geïntegreerde en sterke organisatie.                                                                                                                                                         

VOORWAARDEN

• Pakket circa € 75 tot € 80k (incl. vakantiegeld) per jaar
• Vast bruto salaris circa € 5.250,00 tot € 6.250,00 per maand o.b.v. 40 uur per week, afhankelijk van concrete ervaring

POSITIE

• Veelzijdige en brede finance rol waarbij financial control en reporting de basis is, maar waarin je tevens veel contacten hebt met de belangrijkste stakeholders van de verschillende internationale entiteiten
• Intensief samenwerken en afstemmen met andere collega’s binnen verschillende disciplines over hoe Reesink een meer data gedreven en daarmee beter bestuurbare organisatie kan worden
• Verzorgen van diverse rapportages/analyses, waaronder forecast en budget vs. actuals, afwijkingen omzet en kosten en de balansdossiers
• Verder doorontwikkelen en optimaliseren van de financiële processen en procedures en het opzetten van dashboards en KPI’s
• Actief (gevraagd en ongevraagd) adviseren over verbeteringen en optimalisaties m.b.t. finance vraagstukken

PROFIEL

• Afgeronde financiële of bedrijfseconomische opleiding op minimaal HBO niveau (bv. HEAO-AC/BE of post-HBO Hofam/AA opleiding)
• Concrete ervaring in een vergelijkbare, brede control positie is gewenst, maar een kandidaat rechtstreeks uit de accountancy behoort tevens tot de mogelijkheden
• Zelfstandige, proactieve en zelfredzame financial met ondernemende, leergierige en nieuwsgierige instelling
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal en bij voorkeur ook de Nederlandse taal (niet noodzakelijk)
• Ervaring met PowerBI en/of Tagetik is gewenst, maar ervaring met vergelijkbare applicaties volstaat ook
• Initiatiefrijke persoonlijkheid in het actief zoeken naar interne samenwerkingen en het gevraagd en ongevraagd geven van je mening, adviezen en aanbevelingen

As a Controller, you will be part of Royal Reesink’s Group Finance Team. • Fixed gross salary approximately € 5,250.00 to € 6,250.00 per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on concrete experience

POSITION

• Versatile and broad finance role in which financial control and reporting is the basis, but in which you also have many contacts with the most important stakeholders of the various international entities
• Intensive collaboration and coordination with other colleagues within different disciplines on how Reesink can become a more data-driven and therefore more manageable organization
• Taking care of various reports/analyses, including forecast and budget vs. actuals, deviations from turnover and costs and the balance sheet files
• Further development and optimization of the financial processes and procedures and the setting up of dashboards and KPIs
• Actively (solicited and unsolicited) advising on improvements and optimizations regarding finance issues

PROFILE

• Completed financial or business economics education at least Bachalor level (e.g. HEAO-AC/BE or post-HBO Hofam/AA education)
• Concrete experience in a comparable, broad control position is desirable, but a candidate directly from accountancy is also a possibility
• Independent, proactive and self-reliant financial with an enterprising, inquisitive and curious attitude
• Excellent command of the English language and preferably also the Dutch language (not necessary)
• Experience with PowerBI and/or Tagetik is desirable, but experience with similar applications is also sufficient
• Enterprising personality in actively seeking internal collaborations and giving solicited and unsolicited opinions, advice and recommendations
